After tasting the beers from the Hofbräuhaus Traunstein factory, two beer-loving owners from Buda thought it was essential to introduce one of Bavaria's finest brews to both locals and visiting guests in the heart of the city.
The 16 types of beer brewed in Traunstein are made with real spring water sourced from Bavaria’s largest mineral water spring, the Adelholzener reservoir. In addition to heavenly beers, we await our dear guests with authentic Bavarian dishes and a few local classics.
Since its establishment in 1612, the brewery has been working to create first-class beers for the perfect beer experience. "Our beers cannot be like everyone else's, because we brew, refine, and store them in our own way, perfecting centuries-old traditions." The unique flavor is contributed by open fermentation, horizontal tanks, cold settling, and, of course, the unique ratios of the finest natural ingredients.
